Confused!

Just joined sw and am a bit confused with the grab and go section. I've texted my consultant but I'm still confused 🙈
So I pick one option from a and one from b.
Do I pick something from the grab and go as well or is that instead of a or b?

No grab and go is usually that it's already weighed out for you such as 3 babybel light. So it's only 1 A or 1 B

Grab and Go means they are already weighed out for you, purely for convenience in case you've got a busy day and you do not have time to prepare. You can only have 1 A choice and 1 B choice a day.

So on a "grab and go" day, you could have:

2x Alpen Light bars as your HexB
3x babybel lights as your HexA

Whereas on a day when you have free time, you'd probably have:

40g porridge oats (HexB and weighed out)
350ml skimmed milk (HexA and weighed out)
