I need a kick to get me back into things!
I got to target 4 weeks ago after losing 7st, I was delighted and felt great.
Then I went on holiday, had my birthday and a stressful few weeks at home which has led to old habits creeping back with comfort eating and not really sticking to plan. I thought I'd mastered this lifestyle change but it seems not!
Weigh in tonight and I think I'll have gained again leaving me more than a stone over target and I'm starting to feel horrible again.
