I need a kick to get me back into things!
I got to target 4 weeks ago after losing 7st, I was delighted and felt great.
Then I went on holiday, had my birthday and a stressful few weeks at home which has led to old habits creeping back with comfort eating and not really sticking to plan. I thought I'd mastered this lifestyle change but it seems not!
Weigh in tonight and I think I'll have gained again leaving me more than a stone over target and I'm starting to feel horrible again.

Yes but you will be 6 stones lighter than before. Breathe, be kind to yourself.

Have you been going to group every week? I would recommend a weekly weigh in and staying for group after you reach target to make sure things are cemented....

I'm hoping to get back to staying at group soon as I normally do. I reached target on the Wednesday (4 weeks ago today) then went to Spain on the Sunday until last Monday and wasn't able to stay last week as I was working so it was a quick (15lb gain 😳) weigh and go.
Had planned to stay tonight but group has been moved to a later time due to leader being ill so I won't make it at all.
Can weigh and go at a different group tomorrow but not ideal so hopefully next week!
