Hi can anyone recommend a good accurate weighing scale please.

For weighing food, any digital scale which weighs in 5 gm increments is fine.
For weighing yourself, if you are attending group, you won't need scales, as you will be weighed weekly on SW scales.
If you are an online member, I would think that any good quality, calibrated scales, used according to instructions ( correct floor surface, etc) would be fine; just weigh yourself at the same time on the same day, in similar clothes, or no clothes.
