Thought I'd share an amazing dinner I had tonight made with leftover rice and ready in 10 minutes 
Nasi Goreng:
stir fry chopped garlic, ginger & chilli, add soy sauce, portion of cooked rice (I used basmati but any will do) add a good squeeze of lime, grated carrot & chopped coriander (I used frozen ready chopped). Move to one side of the pan and fry an egg. Add rice to the bowl top with the egg, chopped spring onion & a good splash or siracha sauce.
