Restarting slimming world, but this time as a vegan?

Help!
I’m restarting doing slimming world from home (using my sister’s 2017 book, not as an actual member). I am new to being a vegan though and am struggling to see how I could apply this to the extra easy plan as what I ate in the past was overnight oats, the quorn ham etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me or some meal plans? Or is just able to point me in the general direction?
TIA x

There's been changes to the yoghurts and some dairy free yoghurts are now free. There's also Jack fruit is now free. My consultant is vegetarian and he eats some from Sainsbury's which is lovely.

Thank you, I’m quite new to being a vegan, after having been vegetarian for 15+ years. The only reason I never became vegan in the first place was that it seemed a lot more difficult in the past, but there now seems to be so much available to make being a vegan easier and still tasty without being a Masterchef!
I hadn’t heard of Jackfruit, but have looked it up now since you’re post. It looks promising so I’m going to give it a try. Thanks x

You can do overnight oats with nut milk and dairy free yoghurt. Almond milk is 1 litre a day for a hex a. My friend is a vegan on sw and she cooks amazing stuff. The jackfruit pulled 'pork' is delicious. She buys Vegan magazine and adapts the recipes.

Ninoo - Slimming World have a new book out Take 5, and there are vegetarian recipes for you to try, I am found it very useful.

I've been doing sw as a vegan, finding it ok and am getting lots of ideas from Instagram profiles! I didn't like the o/n oats either but if you use grape nuts it tastes like cheesecake! You can have 40g as your hexb x

I know this is an old post, but have you joined the two vegan facebook pages? They're good

Nice to meet another slimming world vegan
