Leftover portion of whatever was for dinner last.
Baked potato, done in oven the night before, heated in microwave for 90 seconds.
Couscous with roasted veg or salad veg.
Ryvita & smoked salmon pate.

Leftovers from the night before. Soup, egg muffins packed with speed, salads, tuna with potatoes, green beans, eggs, lettuce, tomato and cucumber is a favourite.

@Groove, does the speed in muffins make you more productive? I'd have thought narcotics were frowned upon during work hours. 😉

Try announcing to the waiter that it's all about the speed 🤣

I was given a really nice stainless steel two-tier lunchbox which I find a pleasure to fill! I make enough lentil salad for a few days (two tins of brown/green lentils mixed with a stock cube and sautéed garlic, red onion, chilli and coriander stalks- so tasty) and fill the bottom layer with that. Then fill the top layer with handful of spinach, cooked chicken and any other salad veg. Also take a few pieces of fruit and a bit of cheese. That’s plenty to keep my going.

Tina pasta salad with salad dressing rather than mayo.
Sandwich using HEB and lots of salad and cold meat.
Soup-most soups can be made slimming world friendly and they're good and filling.

I always have a few mugshots in my locker just incase I don't get time for a proper lunch.

I take a lot of raw veggies incase I get hungry to snack on too.

Chicken and egg salad everyday. Except the days when I have ham and egg saladShock

Weekends it's usually a jacket or omlette.

I do lots of pasta or rice salads normally plus some fruit and maybe yogurt to have as a snack. Or I might do a jacket potato/sweet potato with beans and cheese and some s veggies on the side.

I find looking for recipes on websites like pinch of nom, slimming eats etc. can give you an idea of what to make and then just tweake if necessary.

Don't you get bored @OwlinaTree?

Today I've had protein fromage frais & a banana and a small pot of mango. I've got a kiwi, melon & strawberry pot left.

For lunch I've got a salad bowl & fat free vinaigrette, some ham, tomato, 3 babybel lights & coleslaw. I've also got half a pot of pasta left but I don't think I'll eat that as its high in syns - 10 for the whole pot.

I'm at work so it's just fuel then. Jackets are ok at weekend because you can have different fillings.

I have been making the garlic prawn noddles and dividing into 4 portions and having cold for lunch .

Or the chilli bean bowl and divide into 4 four lunch

My problem is there are 5 lunches

So Wednesday or Thursday I portion one meal up from the evening meal to eat on Friday

I do make a few of the soups from the recipes online and do that in a soup maker - seems to work and I have a couple in the freezer
