Newbie - what to expect at first group?

So I have a few questions! First of all how much can I expect to pay at first group, including everything? Just so I know how much to take! Secondly, do I need like a note from my health visitor or doctor because I'm breastfeeding?

Hi, when you go in look for the new members area. The consultant will do your new member talk while the other members get weighed.

If you have a voucher from a magazine then you'll pay £4.95. If not £14.95. That covers your joining pack and weigh in.

Just tell the consultant you are breastfeeding and they will advise on what your extra allowances are.

In our group you join image therapy then get your weigh in at the end.
