I find when trying to lose weight what I really value most is how I look /feel

For example if I do my makeup and put on clothes and I seem to 'glow' a bit more if my diet has been healthier lately, or if I at least like what I see in the mirror a little bit

This matters way more to me than actually losing lots of weight, are you the same? I suppose the feeling we are looking for when losing weight is that feeling of 'oh I look nice today' or 'oh I feel more energized today because of the water or the fruit I've been consuming'

I could happily stay my overweight weight as long as I felt and looked better than I did the day before!

I know what you mean. Often I look in the mirror and I think I look fine, like if I went to weigh in and they said 'you are at target' I'd be happy with that! Helps me not get stressed about the whole thing!

I'm only a few lb over target at the mo though.
