CHANGES TO SYN VALUES.. look here

Hi all. Incase nobody is aware yet, there has been some changes to certain free foods.

Things that will now have a syn value attached are:

Muller lights: 1 syn per 175g pot
Spaghetti Hoops: 1/2 syn per 100g
Instant mash potato: this will be 3.5 syns per 100g (made up)

Vegan products have new free and healthy options added to it to give vegan slimming world followers more choices.

That’s a pain about the muller lights, I’ve just stocked up! Not a bad thing though, I only have one a day but a woman in my group last week said she had about 4 a day!

I'll start next week counting.

I'm not synning them lol sounds bad! But they've never affected me and I only have small quantities anyway, and have a yogurt every couple of days with overnight oats or chopped banana as I don't really enjoy eating them on their own

Yes lots of moaning about muller lights on my Facebook group. I only eat them if there is a special dessert flavour as they do affect my weight loss. They also have horrific amounts of sugar in them. I'd rather have a cake! I think it's to ward off criticism of the plan too. The muller light situation is always tiredomely used as a reason why the plan is unhealthy by people wanting to sell other plans.

I'm fairly sure they've affected my weight loss. Moved to using fat free natural yogurt in my overnight oats instead of Mullerlight and weight loss has increased.

Very upset about the canned pasta though

If you only have one a day why wouldn't you syn them? It's one syn.

I got tinned spaghetti hoops in my raffle prize last week! I don't really like them but was going to eat them anyway, but for 2 syns Ill give them to the kids and have beans instead

Because I've managed to lose weight without synning them up til now... if my weight loss stalls I'll reconsider.
