I have a banana with natural yogurt and a spoon of honey. You can add chopped nuts/muesli too.

I make overnight all bran. 50g of Tesco's own mixed with yoghurt and frozen fruit. Then left in the fridge overnight.

Egg muffins. Mix 6 eggs with some black pepper. Fill up a 6 muffin tin or silicone one with things like spinach, pepper, onions, mushrooms, ham, chicken, sweet corn. Then pour over the egg and top with HE cheese then bake for 30-40 mins.

Aldi no added sugar Muesli (HExB) with a toffee muller light - tastes like a muller corner nearly
I make egg muffins like Groovee too.

Chopped up fruit, shreddies and a Muller Yog.

Scrambled eggs are dead quick.

Get yourself a microwave egg poacher add toast (HEB) and either add spinach or just have some fruit afterwards.

Porridge cooked in water/milk with a sprinkling of sugar

I have poached eggs on toast every morning. Two eggs one piece of toast and I find it keeps me going until lunch. I do them in the microwave

For super quick breakfasts I boil a couple of eggs and take them to work with me. I have those and some speed fruit after. I find I'm suprisingly full until lunchtime and I can save my HexB for bread for lunch or more likely a couple of hi fi bars for snacks in the afternoon!

I make a batch of egg muffins and just reheat them as I want them, I also make a few baked oats when I have time then just reheat them in the morning and add fruit and fat free Greek yogurt.

A very quick breakfast is a plate with sliced ham or other meat such as turkey/chicken, slice of cheese from hex A, maybe slices of smoked salmon, spinach, tomatoes with speed fruit - whatever I have in.

Scrambled egg or baked beans on toast with fruit.
