How do I know how to set my target?
I have done SW before and the consultant just said set it to what you think is achieveable. A lady who joined with me set hers high and made it within 8 weeks . I set mine for 11.5st which is top of BMI for my height (I was 18st, am at least that again now) but never got near it.
So do I set it for the same again? More? Less?
Could use some advice as I want to succeed this time.
