Have been doing SW since January and have met my target of 2 Stone with another 3lbs loss. Tomorrow we're going Disneyland for a Week for our Honeymoon ❤️
Decided to have a Week off Plan to really enjoy Myself, I'm super excited and so is my Husband (he's not a fan of my SW Lifestyle at all!)
But my question is, how do you shake the Guilt of eating off Plan? I've had a few days here and there but never a long period of time.
I always have a niggling feeling when I'm being naughty and would love to shake it off to be Carefree for the Week!
