Going off Plan for a Week

Have been doing SW since January and have met my target of 2 Stone with another 3lbs loss. Tomorrow we're going Disneyland for a Week for our Honeymoon ❤️

Decided to have a Week off Plan to really enjoy Myself, I'm super excited and so is my Husband (he's not a fan of my SW Lifestyle at all!)

But my question is, how do you shake the Guilt of eating off Plan? I've had a few days here and there but never a long period of time.

I always have a niggling feeling when I'm being naughty and would love to shake it off to be Carefree for the Week!

Any tips please ❤️

No need to feel guilty if this is the choice you make: SW is all about being in control.
Accept that you could put on half a stone or more in a week completely of plan, which could take a lot longer than a week to lose again, but it's your choice.
Keep to the plan right up to going away, and keep syns around 5 a day.
Get back on plan as soon as you get home, even if first group is a few days away.
Enjoy what you want on holiday, but don't stuff your face for the sake of it: eat mindfully!
Don't let DH's disapproval of SW undermine your efforts.
Have a great time.
