I've been doing SW a few weeks now and would like some inspiration for quick and easy low syn meals.

What would be the best cookbook for this please.

Have you looked at the SW website? Loads of recipes on there. Or Pinch of Nom is good.
If you want books, do you go to a group, as you should be able to buy them there. The new 5 Ingredients one is good.

I've just bought the new 5 ingredients book as really like it.

Also really like the fake aways book. We do a lot of things in that one.

Agree with PP though, check out online as there are so many on there.

Thank you. I'll look online and will look at the 5 ingredient one.

The new take 5 one is fab. Have done a number of recipes out of it already.

I also like the family meals one and free and easy one.

Two chubby cubs
Pinch of Nom
Slimming eats as well as SW are my favourite sites for recipes. I printed the recipes off that I fancied and made a cookbook folder.

Thank you.

I agree I have a massive pile of them, got the take 5 yesterday and have planned my weeks meals from it. Some lovely recipes and by its nature simple and generally quick
