Shopping at Aldi

I've just started doing SW trying to get my head round it all.

We've just had an Aldi open near us so thought I'd start shopping there.

So can you get a week's worth of SW food from Aldi?

I was thinking in particular things like Quark and Muller Lights. Do Aldi do their own versions of these?

And any other low syn / free food recommendations that they do.

Thanks.

Hi I follow Slimming World too and had to be very careful when I started, as many of the syn values change slightly as Aldi tend to stock their own brands rather than well-known ones. One example is that one of Aldi’s versions of Weetabix DOES count as a healthy extra B, but another one they stock DOESN’T so would use up 6 syns (I just buy the actual brand at Asda instead). If you look up the sun values of the products online on SW website before you shop, you’ll be fine. Definitely buy frylight from Aldi as it’s much cheaper there!
Good luck!

I eat Aldi Brooklea Light yoghurts, frylight and quark. There's loads you can eat from there
