Hey everyone,
So this is a kind of begging thread for all your help. I've done sw before and lost 2 1/2 stone. Got target just before Christmas and that's where things went wrong.
So I'm literally 6lbs off from been where I was when I first started.
I've signed back up and hoping to go for it and stay there this time.
The thing is I stuck to eating the same things and got bored quickly. So I need some help on different things to eat. But also quick, easy and nice things to eat.
I have 2 children. 1 disabled, 1 who plays football a lot and a husband that works away.
I also cook 3 different meals a night because both kids are very fussy, and the one with autism has sensory issues around food.
Any help would really be appreciated and I'm willing to give any more information.
Thanks in advance.

What sort of things do you cook for the children?

I find pinch of Nom, two chubby cubs and Slimming eats have some fab easy recipes as well as the slimming world site.
