Hi all!
I’ve rejoined for the FINAL time as I’ve had enough of having this last little bit to lose (1 stone 11lb). I’ve decided that the day I hit target I’m going to book a weekend break for just me and my husband in Rome... something we have wanted to do for ages but have put off! I’m hoping that this will spur me on to stick to plan 100%! What kind of motivations do you give yourselves?
