Slimming world meals for the freezer

A friend of mine is having a tough time. Adding to her woes is that she is eating a lot of rubbish when she'd been doing so well at Slimming World. Rather than buy her flowers, I thought I'd make a variety of SW meals for her freezer. I've never done SW and although I guess I could Google, would rather know about SW meals which others have found froze ok. Amy ideas please?

http://pinchofnom.com
They are a SW food website and they have a freezable (is that a word? It sounds wrong...) symbol on foods that survive good in the freeze room. The pages have a LOT of info on the pages but when you get through the waffle , the foods great.
Also... ThanksWineCake for you for being such a good friend x

Thank you for the link and your kind words , just figured it would be a more helpful present. Not entirely selfless, will use the recipes for our family meals and just freeze a bit extra to take to her

What a lovely thing to do for your friend. I'm hoping what I say is right as I haven't been on SW for a couple of years now. I would say aim for dishes with lots of veg in, stock is allowed, as are herbs and spices. I

Spag bol with 95% fat free mince, or make it with chicken instead. Paella, jambalaya but sub bacon medallions instead of chorizo etc. I still make the SW leftover turkey risotto but use fresh chicken instead. Also they did have a nice recipe for Italian chicken & tomato soup, Cajun chicken soup and country veg soup.

All sound lovely thank you, can see why Slimming world works!

Second the SW Spag Bol suggestion. Basic sauce is so easy and freezes great. Can be used with pasta, too with mash for shep pie, throw over a baked potato etc. Just make sure you use the lowest fat mince you can find. I use Aldi 4%
