SP Day

After only losing 1lb last week I'm going to do at least 2 SP days a week (carbs make me bloated) Does this look ok ?

HexA - 250ml semi skimmed milk for tea throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with ham and half a melon

Lunch - 2 ryvitas (hexb) topped with a mixture of smoked salmon and quark, an apple and some raspberries.

Dinner - gammon steak with broccoli carrots and green beans.

Snack- 2 Hifi Light bars or hexb of two small slices of toast with cheese triangles (syns)

That looks good to me as long as your plate it 50% speed and 50% protein you're good to go! Also on SP days you get 2 HEB! So if you feel like you want something else you could have 2 hifi bars!

Instead of syning your cheese triangles you could use that as your HEA and just Syn your cups of tea, might work out better but that depends how many cups of tea you have.

I'm literally 2 lbs from target and the bloody weight will not shift. I'm kind of bobbing up and down at the moment. 1 on, 1 off, half on, half off.

My consultant recommended sp daysto me this week to get that last little bit gone and I found it so boring to be honest. I like to have something with my protein and speed foods otherwise it's just meh. I managed a day. I can see the benefit of them but don't get too stressed if you can't get on with it if the plan itself works

I drink 10+ cups of tea a day so easier to syn the odd cheese triangle. I've done 2 SP dats this week so hopefully it'll help. I love potatoes and pasta so I couldn't do it all the time

I've lost 8lbs but still have 2 stone to go. It feels like a long slog so trying to break it down to half stone mini targets
