I’ve lost 2 stone on SW in 12 weeks. However I stayed the same this week which was a bit gutting. Can you share your best tips to help keep me motivated?
Here are a few that seem to have helped me so far:
-Use quark in place of yoghurt. The protein should keep you fuller for longer and it’s easy to have an SP breakfast this way.
-Morrisons ready roasted chicken thighs are really tasty and a great stand-by
-Kiwi fruits are a great portable snack- eat the whole skin for extra fibre and no need for cutlery!

That's an amazing loss. I had a few maintains which upset me but my gains made me determined to get more off the following week. I also did comparison photos.
I love quark for post exercise. Trying new recipes really work for me too.
I've been at target for 19 weeks now!

Amazing 😮 well done
Do you have a photograph of yourself three months ago? Stick that up on the fridge - would that help?

Not sure if you go to the meetings or not but if you do the best advice I can give is to stay not just weighing and leaving.
I've made a lot of friends and the support in my group is incredible. However from past experience I know some groups are not great. Good luck op.

For me right now it's focusing on Christmas. If I 'get ahead' of myself now I know will feel great over the festive season. Over the past few years I've felt so frumpy, on Boxing Day after another week of stuffing my face I just feel grim.
Then I put so much pressure on myself New Year. Let's face it January is bleak, skint, hype of Christmas over, back to work. I would love to swan into the New Year feeling fabulous!
For some reason I used to always start my diet when 'Strictly' came back in the TV. I would panic and think 'god it's the countdown to Christmas, I need to lose weight'. So now I'm going to get ahead of the game and give it my all. X
