Hey,
I started slimming world nearly two weeks ago as thought it would be a good one to do as I also have a blood sugar thing were I have to eat little and often which I didn't think it would effect it. However ever since starting I keep feeling light headed and like I want to be sick, which is what happens when my blood sugars go abit funny. Not sure what to eat that might help and so that I can stay on it or if I should not be on it anymore?

You should be able to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, lean meat, potatoes, rice, pasta, eggs on Slimming World. Also syn free or low syn packets of soup or noodles. You really shouldn't be getting light headed through lack of food, unless you just haven't got the hang of it yet. It's not about starving yourself! If anything my blood sugar was much more stable on SW. Make sure you have plenty of healthy snacks and that you use up all your healthy options.

My friend is like this with her blood sugars. Have you seen a doctor about it outside of the diet? You shouldn't be having to eat every 2 hours to avoid getting sugar crashes. Maybe you need to eat more slow release carbs like oats, wholemeal bread, brown rice etc, just a small portion and up your vegetables and protein?

I'm already diagnosed with hypoglycemia so already know why my sugar levels go funny but I had been alright for years so thought I'd be ok (maybe abit stupid?) Unfortantely it does mean I have to eat little and often. I'm making sure I have at least pasta, rice or potato with most meals but did think maybe I should have brown bread for breakfast instead?
