Hey all,

Back on slimming world today ๐Ÿ™„

I've had my 15 syns and fancy something sweet while I watch tv tonight with dh and he eats a big pack of wispa bites โ˜น๏ธ

If I have a light hot choc then I go over my syns by 2- (40 calories)

Or I could have a muller light and banana for free - (160-200 calories)

As far as making the right choices etc surely the hot chocolate is better?? Right?

Thanks xxx

OP, when you get to your target weight, you can have extra A or B choices every day and some extra syns, to maintain your target, so that would easily accommodate the foods that you want to include in your diet.
SW can be the eating plan that you want it to be.

Thank Panda. I wondered what you did when you got to target weight...but never quite got there!!!

Groovee · 18/07/2018 18:41

I'm at target and haven't quite found what works as I haven't maintained once.

But the new plans include savvy syns where you use things like avocados/olives etc. I'm still reading the new book to get my head round it.

pandorawithtreaclecolouredhair · 19/07/2018 08:27

I'm kicking myself for leaving
Just to add, OP, that yes, it's a shame you left, but draw a line under that now, and start afresh.
My SW Consultant tells us, "Don't look back, because we're not going that way."

Groovee Is the new book a new plan for everyone or is it the target book?

Groovee · 19/07/2018 15:52

It's a new book for target members. So instead of the crappy little booklet that basically said well done, we get one similar to the food optimising one which gives us different routes to follow and a 12 week diary.

raisedbyguineapigs · 19/07/2018 16:16

Oh that sounds good. Now all I have to do is get to target Grin
