Please can I have some recommendations for heb granola? I've been having overnight grape nuts with yoghurt and fruit for months now and need a change.

Unfortunately there aren’t many Granolas that can be used as your HEB. You’d would have to syn most of them, but there are a few that are HEBs.
Kellogg's No Added Sugar Granola with Apricot and Pumpkin Seeds and No Added Sugar Granola with Coconut, Cashews and Almonds are both delicious. I haven't tried the Quaker Wholesome range but they're similar. Mornflake Oatbran Granola Raisin, Apple & Coconut is also nice.

Thank you! Have added the Kellogg's apricot one to my shopping list. Can you tell me how many grams for a HEb?
