Anyone know the syns in these?
Doesn't come up on the SW app for the big bag.

Yes, 20 calories is one syn ( where there's no free food allowance).

Have a look at the nutrition information label for kcals per bag/ portion, and figure 1 syn per 20 calories.

Expect you might have gone off the idea of eating them by now!

Unless there's 500 calories in that bag they're not 25 syns! Most crips are about 150 calories, so 8 syns

They are about that, it’s a big bag not an individual one.

I work that tube out as about 45 syns, which sounds right compared to Pringles.

The online be syns say 6.5 syns per 25g
