Does anyone know whether this would be Syn Free?

I went Lidl today and got some tinned kippers but I can't find it on the app! I assume it's free because it's in brine but then I checked and it contains sugar? I put it through the syn calculator and it gives me mixed results! Either 4.5 syns for the whole pack or 6 syns so which one is it?! Lol. I'd be grateful if anyone could help me out? Thank you! Pics attached!

I'd view it the same as tuna etc in brine so would say free 😁

Even though there's sugar in it? I won't be overreacting too much cos I love kippers with butter and salt... synned of course haha!

Well prince's and John West kippers in brine are both free. Does it say how much sugar is in them

imsoboredwithitall · 18/06/2018 22:48

It's less than 0.5g of sugar, I'd say free.

I'm just going to class it as free then! I don't have anymore than 10 syns a day so I've always got the 5 syns unaccounted for lol thanks everyone

I would count this as free.
