Basically this. I've got a virus that's making me feel sick, hungry and generally very unwell. I've stuck to plan well recently and losing well. I want to continue.
I'd usually stick to toast but obviously on slimming world that's tricky. I've had scrambled eggs and a pasta mug shot today. Fruit and veg isn't doing it for me. I can't stand porridge or cereal!
How do I manage illness and still stay on track? Meal ideas please.
