I've done slimming world a million times but have stupidly thrown my books away. I have given up animal milks and drink oat milk now. Can anyone tell me how much is HE? I can remember a lot of the HEs...
It's the oatley barista milk
Also, KOKO coconut yoghurt?

Have you tried alpro hazelnut drink?
You get 400mls for your hex a
It's lovely in coffee and in cereal.
Don't put it in your tea though Envy

Almond milk is 1 litre for hex a. I'm going back to soya because I think I'm perimenopausal but I do quite like the almond.

Almond and hazelnut also make brilliant pancakes and batter mix

I use the koko one (not oat i know) but its 425 ml for the normal and 200 ml for the chocolate flavour (which is lush).
Keep saying im going to try using the plain one to make a curry but not sure if it will split.
Erm if it helps you can get the books on ebay, might be worth a try as lots of things have changed since i did it 5 years ago.
