Breastfeeding older baby SW plan

I'm starting the plan from home today and assumed that as I'm only breastfeeding a couple of times per day I won't require any of the extra Healthy Extras that a mother with a more frequent feeder might. Is that right or should I include them?

I didn’t have extra when feeding an over 18 month old and didn’t feel like I needed them. Definitely feel like I need them feeding a newborn again though!

Thank, yes I agree that I can probably manage fine without them. With all three of my children I've actually put weight on whilst breastfeeding despite going straight back to my regular size after the birth, hence starting SW!

Yes me too!!! I’m heavier a month after giving birth than immediately after. I do not need extra calories for bfing. I started again this week-hopefully this time I’ll get to target!
