syn free or low syn ready meals

Hi! Can anyone recommend any supermarket ready meals they have had that were actually tasty lol? I am looking for a few stand by options I can throw in the freezer for those nights when I get home too late to be bothered cooking!
Anything from Tesco / Sainsburys / Aldi / M&S / Iceland (I have no local Asda, Lidl or Morrisons).

I know they're not quite fishcakes, but Morrisons have just started doing fish burgers. The cod and chorizo ones are 1syn each and the salmon and cod ones are 0.5 syns.
