What's the lowest syn soup?

As above! I enjoy soup, but what has the lowest syn value?

I must add... no chance i am making my own, i'm never home!

The free ones from the Slimming World Range at Iceland?

You might have time to make soup using pre- chopped veg packs.
I use Asda's vegetable soup mix, and add some chopped fried bacon and a tin of butter beans, after cooking the veg and blending; add a veg stock cube to cook and only just cover with water for a thick soup.

I always wonder this but never get round to asking/researching!
I don't like spending more than £1 on a tin/pot of soup. Will look at the Iceland ones.

I also don't own a blender, and i hate lumpy soups, they have to be silky smooth.
