Trying to work out the syn value in one of these muffins from Morrison's.
Anyone help...?

If you go on about 20 cals is one syn then these are about 20 syns

One of their cafe ones is like 25 syns!

Works out around 20 syns as it doesn't contain free food, you can use the 1 syn per 20 calorie rule. So it's not too high you can easily flexisyn that and just reduce your syns by 5 the next day to even it out throughout the week.
