Have some cake! You can easily moderate having a little slice or if need be the whole thing and get back on it tomorrow. I know that if I am craving something I eat other things trying to satisfy myself and generally end up having the thing I was trying to avoid!

Sorry - I didn’t read your post properly. I don’t have any recipes, maybe just pop out to the shop for some?

Someone at work use to bring in sliming world cake with fake sugar...

If you make a Swiss roll sponge with no fat and fake sugar it will be genius.

The question is what do you actually crave...sugar, fat?

How much cake will satisfy you? I'm guessing not one slice or you'd buy it and eat it.

Have some cake and allow yourself a treat. I am healthy eating at the moment but tonight I allowed myself a fish supper. If you keep your treats to once or twice a month it's fine. Make some cupcakes and freeze them

Thanks all. I can't buy any cake as I have no willpower and will eat the whole lot!
Weetabix cake sounds nice except I have no white choc thing in the house :( worth a go another time though.

I am currently obsessed with French toast! I save my b's Smile
X2eggs, whisked with vanilla extract, and a teaspoon of canderel. Dip the bread in it. Fried in fry light, chopped strawberries, raspberries and a banana with a teaspoon of canderel mixed with cinnamon. It is heaven!!

I've just had a Fibre One Brownie, warmed, with some yogurt. They're not the biggest but they do hit that cake craving spot

I have a doughnut makes and use oats as hexa to make them.
Oats(hexa), egg, vanilla, cinnamon, 60ml milk(hexa) and a bit of sweetener.
That makes 14+ mini doughnuts. I have them with quark and mixed berries
