Hi all

I am really craving something sweetish if an evening and I've found a recipe that that used 160g of oats (so a batch cook using 4 days worth of HEB) an egg, touch of baking powder and sweetener.

And 135g of mashed banana.

How do I work out the syn value of the banana? I know I can see what cooked banana is per 100g but I don't know what the 135g of raw banana converts to in weight cooked as it's already mixed in.

Do you think Just add one syn per slice if i split the finished flapjack into four?

It's usually 4 syns for 100g if banana. So I would probably use 1.5 syns for the 35g. Then the baking powder will have syns too.
