I'm going away in 6 weeks and want to lose at least 1 stone but hopefully more.
Going to try to stick to slimming world and fit in a couple of SP days I hope.
Also going to try Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (4 week exercise plan).
Any one want to join me.....?
Not sure how much I weigh, I hope its 13st so my target is to get to 12st. Partly as I won't be able to fit into my never worn skirt and shorts I bought about a year ago
