I'm starting slimming world. Not joining a group till this week but on day 4 of the plan. My mood is dreadful. I already have anxiety issues which I was managing well with anti depressants and life style changes. I've been stable for 3-4 months hence why I'm now in a good position to start getting healthy and lose the weight I've been carrying for years. I have over 7 stone to lose 😥.
I'm not sleeping well since starting. Waking up hungry but it's just adjusting to the change. The last 24 hours I'm anxious and getting anxiety pangs and so fed up/depressed. I've even got the Sunday blues which is silly as I enjoy working and have great colleagues.
Drinking lots of water, forever going to the toilet. I've not banned sugar in fact today I syn'd a freddo bar and had bread (so good). Also I had a good diet before just ate way to much bread and crisps.
Is this normal? Anyone else found this in the early days?
