Does SW work well for vegetarians?

I'm vegetarian and was wondering if you get extra Hex A and B or anything? I have an old extra easy book I was going to use.

No special allowances for being veggie that I’m aware of.
The veggie deluxe cookbook is great.
Lots of veggie recipe ideas on their website too.

Thanks Felix. I don't have a membership any more so not sure how much I can find on the website. I heard rumours that back on the old system you got extra A and B choice if you were veggie - the green system as it was then.

Yeah on green plan you got 2 of each healthy extras.
Now on extra easy nothing. Rubbish. Don't get why they changed it.

There are some great SW vegetarian groups to join on FB, friendly people & you get lots of meal ideas. I’ve recently joined a vegan SW fb group and it’s spurred me on to do more vegan meals.
If you can, get a voucher & join a class. I did, paid 4.95 just so I could get the books & have the food optimizing fully explained. I haven’t been back and I’m still able to access all the online syn 3 weeks later (I’m sure it will block me soon!)
