How many syns in Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Luxury Coleslaw?
I probably had a tsp worth on my sandwich.

It says on syns online that it's 10.5 syns per 100g.

However using the 20 cal rule for a teaspoon I'd roughly say 1.5 syns from 185

Oops posted too soon.

185 Cals divide by 20 is 9.25. There are 3 tsp in a table spoon so 9.25 divided by 6 is 1.54
