Who can solve my milk/cheese HEXA query..?

So I’ve just made a cuppa using 50ml of semi skimmed milk ( HEXA allowance 250ml). I want to have some feta cheese with my tea ( HEXA allowance is 45g).
So how much feta can I use, if I’ve already used part of my HEXA on milk..?
Any answers much appreciated!!! xx

I'd syn the milk probably about 1 syn and have all the cheese.

It's easier to have 125mls of milk and 20g of lighter cheese 😂

lonelyatchristmas · 12/04/2018 16:38

Work your milk as 1/5 of your hexA and then weigh out approx 35g cheese..

CherieBabySpliffUp · 12/04/2018 16:38

36g of cheese.
Or just syn the milk

Gmex31 · 12/04/2018 20:05

So in the end I had 30g of feta cheese. How much milk have I left?
i.e Can I sneak another cuppa in syn free? ( already had my syns)..... xx

Omg! This is like an exam question!! Lol

When I first started on SW, many moons ago, I started drinking black coffee and green tea, to save all this bother!
But if you have a cuppa, a dash of milk is around half a syn.
Maybe try some herbal teas?

I feel for you as I'm suffering similar. I have porridge or toast for breakfast, but then sick of salads for my packed lunch. What else can I have as hate noodle pots?
I've ended up having black coffee as keep my HEXA for cheese in my salads.
I struggle to know what else I can have yet follow Instagram. People have omelettes etc but I can't make these at work!

tadpole, you could make a frittata at home (same as an omelette, I suppose) and have it cold for your lunch at work.

Swap round. Take a sandwich for lunch and have fruit and yoghurt, an omelette or eggs, sausage and veg for breakfast
