I need help. I've been doing Slimming World for 18 months and I've lost 4 and a half stone but I'm really struggling at the moment. I'm really bored of eating muller lights, fruit, veg sticks as snacks does anyone have any other ideas?
My worst time for snacking is whilst I'm cooking the evening meal. I get so hungry I end up eating the odd biscuit or bits of cheese. I don't eat loads but and its stopping me loosing any more weight.
