So I have PCOS and have really struggled with my weight over the years.
I’ve been on SW for about 6 months and have lost 2 stone, which I’m really proud of.
I just feel like I’ve really hit a wall with my weight loss and can’t seem to continue to lose.
Does anyone have any advice or tips?
Fellow PCOS people or anyone else advice is welcome! xx

Sometimes you will just stick for a while. It’s bloody frustrating, I know. Have a think back to how you were eating when you first started. I’m only suggesting that, because I got stuck recently and worked out that I’d gone from eating little and often to more but less frequently. I rejigged it and lost the next week.
Also, the SP is actually fairly easy once you plan your dinners, if you haven’t tried that.
Two stone is brilliant. I’m glad you’re proud!

Yes, me. I lost 7 stone in 14 months. Reducing the carbs right back and only having them once a day worked wonders for me.

Thanks so much for your replies guys. A couple of SP days throughout the week sounds like a good plan to start with. Getting married this summer so desperately want to lose another stone! 😬

I did SP for a whole week, and only lost 2lb, and I was rigid with it. Some people do love half a stone though, Ive seen it done Try not to lose heart

Are you on metformin? if you've got the insulin dependant part of PCOS, then metformin will help with the weight loss.

Gmex31 · 12/04/2018 14:34

No I’ve never heard of metformin..
