New to slimming world and just want to check I've got the idea of it!
For example yesterday I had:
Breakfast - 40g porrridge oats as my hex B, an Aldi brooklea yoghurt, mixed berries and a banana (overnight oats)
Lunch - I had left over slimming bolognese made with less than 5% mince, with pasta and 40g reduced fat cheddar (counting 6 syns) and green beans for speed, although there was also some veg in the bolognese
Tea - slimming world pork casserole with new potatos and peas and brocolli
Snacks -350ml skimmed milk using hex a for cups of tea, and 2 apples an orange and a pear
Just looking for reassurance really as this feels like a LOT of food and my little brain doesn't understand how I can eat more and loose weight! 😁
