Anyone else over eaten over the Easter weekend?!

Feeling guilty this morning as I ate a lot of chocolate yesterday. Disappointed in myself as have been sticking to plan with good results. Feel as though I need to get back into it but there’s still so much chocolate around, and hot cross buns, and sweets, and crisps etc etc!!! Anyone else in my boat? Any words of inspiration from more virtuous SW members?!

Easter eggs and hot cross buns...agh. Had my first gain in 9 months of SW this morning (even managed a no-gain Christmas but pride has come before a thundering fall Grin Blush ) So cross with myself but can't undo the 81 tonnes of mini-eggs now surely made of crack so will have to face it and stop.

Join me in carving a very cross deep line in the sand, and moving on? Today has all the potential to be a good day - shall we give it a shot?

Count me in...i had 2 Easter eggs, a packet of rollos and because I'd had that I thought stuff it, had 3 gins a chip sandwich (home made) and in the evening a chicken kebab. I was so full. Really naffed off today. That's no way to eat.

I've had an orange and a grapefruit for breakfast today and the kids have Easter eggs left. I really want to remain on plan but can feel myself wavering.

I've lost 2st 8lbs and would like another stone off ideally.

Start afresh today, donate / bin / give away all the Easter leftovers, that's what I'm doing X

I've just got eggs here so I've asked the boys to hide them, and I will give them a pound each if they don't give me any no matter how hard I beg Easter Grin

No. I don't see the need. A few hot cross buns and some mr Kipling lemon cakes are all I've had that I wouldn't usually. No chocolate. And it was my birthday yesterday.

MinaPaws · 02/04/2018 12:16

Yes. Ate most of a 250g egg. That's the equivalent of four bars of chocolate in one day. And hot cross buns. And lamb. And wine. But I'm back on track today.

I've had a hideous weekend too much chocolate, wine, bread and just unhealthy food in general.
My line has been drawn (again) I'm having an sp day to try and claw it back a bit!

MaMisled · 03/04/2018 10:00

Me too. I "allowed" myself 24 hrs off and really went for it! Cheese, biscuits, chocolate, cheesecake, croissants, muffins, Big Mac, Mcflurry. ....it's feast or famine with me! I felt dreadful afterwards, physically and emotionally but I'm a binge and always have been. I jumped straight back on the wagon yesterday. No purging, just back on plan. We got this!

I hit target 2 weeks ago. From Thursday night I seemed to sabotage! We were away all weekend. Have been eating "normally" since yesterday so hopefully a week food optimising instead of target will help for next week's weigh in.

Meals all planned so hopefully I will be fine.

RunMummyRun68 · 03/04/2018 10:40

It's been ridiculous! Eaten so much and I feel hideous now

I'm marathon training also, so I tell myself it's fine, I'll run it off. That's not the point because it's not running 'fuel' it's sugary rubbish! So my runs are suffering now too
