Buy the latest magazine, it has a weekly planner. Pinch of nom have a variety of weekly meal plans too.

For me having a full fruitbowl works wonders.

You need to meal plan! Wrote down the next 7 days and plan what you are going to eat and when. Factor in your healthy extras and plan your syns. So if you know you're going to have a manic stressful day, make sure you have easy things on your meal plan and a treat for the end of the day. Good luck, I've been on it since January and was doing really well until recently where I've kind of lost motivation or I've become a bit slack with the rules of the plan but I'm human and that's to be expected. Just remember you're not perfect, you will slip up at times but it's important to keep trying until it kicks in again. Good luck

I started 10 days ago. Lost 4.5lb in my first week. I feel really energised.
Plan. Definitely. When you get your book, go through with a highlighter and highlight any foods you like or recipe ideas.
I bought the magazine for inspiration.
And in one of the little extra books there is a shopping list at the back broken down into speed foods free foods healthy extras etc.
I also bought some Hi fi bars to keep me away from Easter chocolate. It's worked.
It's the only type of convenience stuff I buy. Everything else is fresh.
I've constantly got bags of chopped up carrots and other healthy snacks in the fridge.
Best of luck. You can do it.
There's loads of support out there. Use it.
