Not even half a measly pound.
I'm not new to slimming world. This will be my 3rd attempt. I lost weight for my wedding, after 1st Dc and now attempt number 3 after having dc2. I know the plan inside out.
My first week went roughly like this
breakfast - baked oats (hexb) with raspberries and blueberries (speed)
Lunch - jacket spud with beans and a big salad (free and speed)
Dinner - spag bol.
I'd have fruit, slices of ham and yogurt in between as snacks. In the evening I would spend 10 syns on a Freddo and 2 rich tea biscuits.
I've been 100% on it and for nothing! I'm particularly peeved because I normally maintain my weight even if I've eaten shit all week.
I'm now in that mindset of going fuck it and having a massive binge. I'm trying to tell myself, ok, the scales might not have rewarded me but I think my body is thankful to have had some decent nutrition. Thinking long term end goals!
