I'm about to take the plunge and join a group tomorrow. Then il be doing my food shop.
Does anybody have any must have essentials on their slimming world shopping list they would like to share? :)

Frylite
Frozen blueberries (now they're speed 
)
LOADS of speed fruit and veg
Eggs (never really used to eat them, but they're useful on SW)
freezer bags/boxes for batch cooking
Porridge
Cauliflower rice (good for SP days)
