Rude slimming world consultant

Really embarrassed by my sw. Consultant. She asked me to help her out, as she does most weeks. Then in front of the whole class made it look like I was trying to take over from her by doing a job she asked me to do. Why can't people appreciate help.

She obviously went to the same slimmers training school as Marjory from Fatfighters (Little Britain)

can you speak to her? If not I'd probably still go but not be on her social team or else find another group.

I would have a word with her first and say what she did was really inappropriate! If she doesn't acknowledge that then report her to Slimming World Head Office. They have to follow the SW rules and policies but they also have to be respectful to other members as well! You're paying £4.95 a week after all.

I'd agree that I'd have a word, and make it clear that if she treats you that way again, you won't help her again.

I'd starting refusing to help out each week!

Was it a joke do you think? "Oh she'll be after my job next!!" Meant as a sort of compliment but ineptly executed?
Or did she speak to you angrily/snappily?
Agree with pp you really need to speak to her and let her know that what she said was inappropriate. She may well be mortified and apologise profusely so it's perhaps worth giving her a chance?
