Low syn or syn free ready meals

Hi I was wondering if anyone new of any ready meals from Asda Aldi Lidl etc that are low syn or syn free. I know you can get the slimming world ones from Iceland but they are so expensive I feel. Just looking for an alternative to keep for busy days where you need a helping hand. Thank you Grin

M&S do a seafood casserole which is nice and free.

If I buy a SW one then I add more speed and split it between 2. But I've not been that fond of them.

Thank you that's actually a really good idea. Should of thought of that. Would save money as well
