Easy dessert ideas

Has anyone got any easy recipes for ‘weekend’-type desserts that feel a bit more treat-like (ie not fruit or fat free yoghurt!). Ideally involving mainly putting ingredients together rather than anything more complicated? Most of the online recipes seem to involve whisking egg whites into soft peaks and/or gelatine granules... New to this whole Slimming World thing so any ideas appreciated Smile

Baked oats?

I freeze yoghurt mixed with options sachets and pop them in a mould. They are tasty as a wee snack.

Rice pudding made on the top of the stove by simmering pudding rice and almond milk for 25-30mins. Stir in some good quality vanilla paste and a teaspoon of honey for 1 syn. If you have your hex.b left you can add some dried apricots or tinned fruit.

I made a trifle for a recent taster. Base fat free Hartleys jelly crystals make up as directed and put in bottom of bowl with strawberries and bananas and leave to set. Then put banana custard muller light on the jelly or you could use low fat custard. Then mix quark with sweetener and whisk till thick. Put on top of trifle and decorate with strawberries. It was lovely and refreshing
