So a couple of my lovely lady friends are visiting me for the weekend.
I said I would cook on Friday evening as myself and friend 1 are doing sw. Friend 2 used to do sw but is full on 'fuck it' mode at the moment lol.
Problem is they are both into very different food.
Friend 1 - very fussy, doesn't like potato, vegetables, spicy food (honestly not sure what she eats on a daily basis apart from chicken pasta!)
Friend 2 - will eat most things but is veggie.
What the bloody hell do I make them?
My first thought was lasagna but it would mean making a veggie version separately too much faff
2nd thought was fajitas (cook chicken alone, quorn alone and have a plate of cooked onion, peppers separate) but it's not very SW friendly.
3rd thought - tell them to eat on the way here as they're too much hard work (lighthearted!).
We've already decided to get supermarket pizzas and snacks for Saturday night so can't do pizza.
Can anyone help?!
