May be SW isn’t the best plan for you? You could take a look at low carb: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/low_carb_bootcamp/3185240-Week-9-Low-Carb-Bootcamp-the-last-fortnight-is-here

Think of why you want to lose weight in first place and then use visual reminders/cues.

Mine was a shocking holiday picture. I pinned it up in the kitchen and kept it on my phone. When motivation was wavering, that reminded me why I was re-educating myself about food- no processed crap etc. Maybe your motivation could be setting a good example for your toddler and being active with them and being around as long as possible being fit and healthy.

I'm 3 1/2 stone down and been at target since November. Feel physically fitter, look better and no more aching knees - for every 1lb lost, pressure on the knees is apparantly reduced by 4lb and that makes a massive difference. I was taking painkillers for painful knees on a regular basis before losing weight .

Good luck !

The bonus with SW is that you can always eat something. Don't try to diet in the traditional sense just stick to the plan. You will find as your blood sugar evens out your appetite will reduce.
