Do you count calories? If so how much do you eat?

I don’t, but I was wondering if it would be worth it to see how much I’m actually eating.

I’d be interested to know if you tend to eat more than than the recommended intake and have still lost weight? Or does your meal plan for the day average out to a suitable amount of cal?

I’m interested as I work nights, and depending my how much sleep I’ve managed sometimes I end up having an extra meal, which tends to either be leftovers or a mugshot. It’s always free food though.

I also wonder if my portions are too big sometimes, as I had very little portion control and I’m still a bit iffy on what is a ‘normal’ portion.

I have done the odd day where I input my calories on MFP. It's varied from 900 Cals to 1400 Cals.

I also work nights and wonder if I eat my healthy extra b at 2.00am does it count for the day or does it go over into the next day?? Confused

Work it on a 24 hour basis. You pick the 24 hours.

I’m the same as you @cat, I still don’t know whether to eat breakfast at night or after work! I have on occasion waited until a few minutes after midnight to have a hifi bar or something, so it’s ‘tomorrow’s’ syns lol.

I might give it a go on MFP, it would be interesting to see if I do eat more calories than I should (it certainly feels like it sometimes), and if I still lose weight.
